Wrestling was traditionally a male-dominated sport; however, it has been experiencing a significant surge in popularity among girls and young women in recent years. We are thrilled to play our part in fostering the growth of this sport. This clinic further signified our commitment to inclusivity and equality in athletics, encouraging young girls to pursue their passion for wrestling with confidence.
This girls-only clinic provided our young athletes with a more comfortable and supportive atmosphere to explore the sport. Our coaching staff was committed to providing top-notch training and guidance to ensure that each participant not only learned by had fun. We covered the basics from stance to the art of takedowns to escapes, our coaches were there every step of the way, offering the knowledge and support needed for success.
We were excited by the growth of the sport among young women and remained committed to supporting their journey.
